Terms

All reservations require a 20% deposit upon booking in order to secure trip.  Balance is due 10 days prior to date of trip. 

Cancellations

Cancellations within 72 hours of the trip may be refunded except for holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.) and sold-out dates.  Cancellations on holidays or sold-out dates may be applied to a future trip.

Payment

We accept checks, cash and credit cards.  All credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) payments are subject to a 3% service charge. 

Hourly rate applies for trips that go over schedule.

Holiday Rates Additional $25.00 per. Hour

Additional Charges

Any additional charges, such as parking, airport and permit fees will be charged to customer prior to the trip.

Food and Beverages

All food and beverages must be disclosed upon booking of trip.  Alcoholic beverages require a $250 security deposit, which is refundable after the trip if there is no excessive cleaning needed or damage to the vehicle.

Damages

Extra charges may be imposed for damages and/or additional cleaning.

Weather and Road Conditions

DL Ryder Transport, Inc. is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including
Weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

DL Ryder Transport management and drivers will decide if conditions are safe to proceed.  Buses are not allowed to travel small roads, dead end streets or cul-de-sacs.
